    I talk too much i need help in not tell people I know and love my bussiness. i think that i also care too much i try to help the people i love but I must learn to help myself. I need help helping myself. I seam to be able to assist others and give good advice to others but i can't seem to help me and give good advice to me.

    I kind of have the same problem. You just need to stop and think, if someone else was in your situation, what would you do, and then do it.
