Summer Camp Relationship?

I work at a summer camp as a wrangler, teaching horseback riding. I love every second of it. Last summer, I became really close friends with one of my WITs (wranglers in training), not uncommon since we spend so much time together. He's a really sweet and funny guy. He's one of the only people who can consistently get me laughing to the point of crying. He had a girlfriend, so I didn't really think of being anything more than friends.

Last weekend though, I met up with him at a camp fundraiser and found out he was hired on the camp staff and that he had broken up with his girlfriend from last summer. He was really flirting with me a lot. I secretly like him too, but don't know if I should let this become anything more than friends. We really get along well, but I don't want to put an awkward strain on my friendships with the other counselors. What do I do?
