how to i tell my parents that i have a bf even if they r pretty strict?

well im 16 and i have been with my bf for 4 months now and i literally love him...the only problem is that my parents dont know...see they r pretty strict because my older sister has done some very stupid things with her bfs in the past and they r afraid im going to turn out like her...but im very different...i actually do good in school and im into sports and i have gotten awards...the last time i asked if i could have a bf they said that i was too young...wat can i do to convince them? or tell them that i do have one? help please

just tell them you want to start dating and see what they say... if they say no because they would be afraid it would effect your grades etc then ask them if you could prove that it wouldn't could you? Ask them to agree... they'll say how can you prove it, then you can say that you have been seeing someone for 4 months and it has had no effect!
