my future!

so i have been in college now for one semester.. I have recently decided that I want to pursue my passion for fitness as a career because other wise I will be miserable for the rest of my life. I want to become a personal trainer and in this line of work the "experience" is more important most of the time. People want results and the more experience you have, the more you will be able to give it to them. I have been thinking about dropping out and applying for an internship at some good fitness centers around the country to gain experience and eventually become certified. I am willing to learn and put in the necessary time and effort to work my way up! The problem is my dad really wants me to finish and get my degree. Would i be making a big mistake if i dropped out??

I think you should stay in college and continue getting your degree because what if something happened to you physically and you werent able to work out anymore because it was dangerous to your health. If you had a degree you would have something to fall back on and get another job, but if you drop out the only thing you will be able to do is flip burgers a McDonalds or toss newspapers. There maybe other better jobs out there with no degrees necessary but they are probably minimum wage paying jobs and it is hard to make a living off of that salary. I hope you choose whats best for you and good luck. :)
