Okay so i know what i should do, but i cant for the life of me do it. I know i need to get on the ball but seeing everyone around me not doing anything makes me wanna do it less. I know that i should get my shit together and do what is needed but most of the time i just wanna sit around and do nothing. How can i get myself outta this horrible habit.
You are the only one who can control what you do. You need to find the motivation within yourself to get things done. Just start slow and do a little more each day and keep at it.
asking your self why you can not do it is the wrong attiude start by looking at the question like what is next to do then get up and motivate your self only you are holding your self back so just stop getting in your way and embrace life now
