i cant seem to cope

i have been feeling a little better abt my depression .. i haven hurt myself ,and i havent thought about it in abt 3 days .. big whoop right .well i need some help on getting over my ex.. lets call him jo .. it has been about 11 months since we broke up , and i cant seem to keep him out of my mind .. what do i do ?? i have tried dating again but that seemed to make it worse cuz he dumped mee... now jo just popped back into my life and we are talking like friends .. but i feel like he is being distant .. plus i know that i will eventually try to hit on him or flirt nd im not sure how that will work out for mee .. please help me. i odnt know what to do . i cant seem to cope with how im feeling and everynight .. i dream abt him and mee together again .
