I've been dating my girlfriend for approximately a year and a half and although I never have or would physically cheat on her I do engage in very explicit sexual talk with a female co-worker of mine. When this does occur I find that I get very aroused and I end up taking that sexual energy home to my girlfriend for an evening of great sex. I'll be the first to admit that if the shoe was on the other foot and she was the one doing this that I would end things with her, but I'm a bit of a sex-oholic and find that I'm having a hard time stopping. What should I do?

I agree with that person ^^^^ maybe it's not as bad as physical stuff, its the thought. if another woman is turning you on with thoughts of you and her, maybe you shouldn't even be with your girlfriend, because sexoholic or not, if you're with the right person, they'll fulfill all your needs and you won't need other women. sorry if it's not what you wanted to hear, but it's my unbiased opinion.

You need to stop mate! Try to have some self control, if u would end it with her if she did it then just realise its wrong and stop
