cheaterrrr.

so I'm going to try to keep a long story short. this guy, Jack, is with this girl. she lives in England, we live in America. he cheated on her with me, and a few others, but nothing serious, he's a virgin, so it was just like making out, etc, anyways, his friends tell me (one of which is my best friend and knows I want to get over him, so I know she's not lying because she wasn't helping my case) said he's only doing it because he can't get anything from his girlfriend. it's like eternal blue balls until she visits. so he whores around, just to get some. she thinks if he were dating a girl that lived closer (me) he wouldn't cheat.... is that possible, or do you think the once a cheater always a cheater rule applies here too?
