you have the same problem I had. learning from my experience, I would recommend that you wait for him to do the first step. you said you dont know if he like you. try to find that out. that is an important key. since he talks to you more than any other girl, that could be a sigh, but I can never be sure. you have to see how he acts around you and analyze those actions. i do not think you should do the first move, because if he does not feel the same way about you, that might ruin you friendship and cause humiliation.
